Blockpower Strengthens its team with Dr Toyosi Craig PhD

Blockpower, a company specialised in solar solutions, brings on a renewable energy visionary in the form of Dr Toyosi Craig as the new Business Development Manager. Toyosi is an engineering professional with over 5 years of experience in Renewable Energy Consulting/Analysing and Business Development strategies.

Amongst his many achievements, whilst working as a Renewable Energy Consultant for Uhuru, led a team to review the Zambian rural electrification authority’s off-grid PV plant designs and presented possible scenarios with definitive pricing and financial summaries for incorporation. He had also developed the overall tariff and billing system for the optimal payback model for various renewable energy companies operating in sub-Saharan Africa. While at AEE, he was responsible for overseeing renewable energy projects across Sub-Saharan Africa from the project development phase.

This young, dynamic PhD has developed financial and technical solutions for Solving Africa’s energy challenges and finds a route through Blockpower to make his visions a reality. Toyosi is incredibly passionate about his work in the Renewable Energy industry — this is a cause he holds close to his heart.
